Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구는 간호대학생의 인성, 회복탄력성, 전공만족도 정도를 파악하여 학생들의 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 실시되었다.
방법: 2018년 3월 15일부터 3월 30일까지 P광역시와 K도에 소재한 2개 대학교 308명의 간호학생에게 자가보고 설문지를 배포하여 수집하였다. 데이터는 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다.
결과: 인성의 평균 점수는 3.71±0.45, 회복탄력성 3.28±0.36, 전공만족도 3.69±0.53이었다. 전공만족도는 인성(r=.44, p<.001), 회복탄력성(r=.37 p<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 인성은 회복탄력성(r=.68 p<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다 전공만족도와 관련된 영향 요인으로 인성(β=.34, p=.006), 대학생활만족도 ‘나쁨’(β=-.25, p<.001), ‘보통’(β=-.19, p<.001)이었고, 간호학 선택 동기에서 ‘취업보장’(β=-.14, p=.028)이었다.
결론: 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 인성, 대학생활만족도, 간호 선택동기 등은 전공만족도와 관련이 있었다. 따라서 간호대학생들의 전공만족도를 높이기 위해 인성, 대학생활만족도 간호학 선택동기에 중점을 둔 효과적인 전략 수립이 필요하다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine personality, resilience and satisfaction with nursing major and toexplore their influences on nursing students' satisfaction with their major.
Methods: From March 15 to 30, 2018,self-report questionnaires were distributed and collected from 308 of nursing students in 2 colleges located in Pmetropolitancity and K-province. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0. program.
Results: The mean scorefor personality was 3.71±0.45, for resilience, 3.28±0.36, and for satisfaction with major, 3.69±0.53. Satisfactionwith major was positively correlated with personality (r=.44, p<.001) and resilience (r=.37 p<.001). Personality waspositively correlated with resilience (r=.68 p<.001). The factors associated with satisfaction with major were personality(β=.34, p=.006), satisfaction with college life as ‘bad’ (β=-.25, p<.001), ‘moderate’ (β=-.19, p<.001), and‘employment’ (β=-.14, p=.028) as motivation for nursing.
Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that personality,satisfaction with college life, and motivation for nursing were related to satisfaction with nursing as a majorin nursing students. To increase the satisfaction with major for nursing students, it is necessary to build effectivestrategies to focus on promoting their personality, satisfaction with college life, and motivation for nursing.
